Update: Futures Finland x Canadian Foresight Network are hosting their first event together!

A meet & greet for foresight professionals in 🇫🇮 Finland and 🇨🇦 Canada

Join us for an informal gathering to connect with foresight practitioners across Finland and Canada. During the session, we will hear what is currently happening in both foresight communities, get to know each other, and explore how we can build a stronger relationship and future collaboration between the two networks and countries.

‼️Update: The response from both communities has been exceptional and has exceeded our expectations, with more than 150 registrations received to date.

Given this remarkable level of engagement, we have decided to move the event to August 19th, 2026 and use the additional time to further enhance the design of the event and ensure the experience reflects the depth of expertise represented, and the large number of participants.

In addition to creating space for broad community dialogue, we will introduce dedicated networking opportunities and facilitated introductions to support deeper connections among participants. We believe this approach will help foster meaningful relationships and future collaborations across the Finnish and Canadian foresight ecosystems.
